Which Credit Cards can I use to make a purchase?

Proms.TV accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. All payments are processed through google checkouts.


Is Google Checkout safe?

Google checkout has a fraud protection policy that covers you against unauthorized purchases made through Google Checkout, and we don't share your purchase history or full credit card number with any of the sellers. This means no spam.


I don't possess a credit card. Can I buy tickets with cash?

What does Will-Call mean?

"Will-Call" indicates that tickets are to be picked up at the location of the event just prior to entry. The tickets will be held under the name appearing on the credit card used to make the purchase.


Where are Will-Call tickets picked up?

Will-Call orders are generally picked up at the venue box office or point of entry immediately prior to the event or after doors open, unless otherwise noted. Will-Call orders can also be picked up at any of our tickets locations as long as a prior arrangement is made. Locations vary from time to time but will always be posted on our site.


When can I pick up my tickets?

Will-Call tickets may be picked up a maximum of one (1) hour prior to entry time. Office hours are posted on Proms.Tv as far as when the offices are open. Arrangements need to be made prior to picking up tickets. Due to inventory issues we reserve the right to give tickets if arrangements are not made. Contact info for our office can be found on every page of Proms.Tv.



Can somebody else pick up my tickets?

Proms.TV allows only the holder of the original credit card used to make a ticket purchase to pick up the tickets. In the event that an individual other than the owner of the credit card needs to pick up the tickets, that individual should be given possession of the original credit card. If this is not feasible, please contact Proms.TV at or by email at John Nova @Proms. TV... at least one (1) business day prior to the event in order to make alternate arrangements.


Do I need the confirmation code to pick up my tickets?

No. The original purchasing credit card is used to confirm your name on the Will-Call list. No other form of identification is required and, for security reasons, no other form of identification is accepted.


What is the purpose of the confirmation code?


Proms.TV uses this code to reference your sales transaction. In the event that you have any inquiries about your order, you can use the confirmation code to check the status of your order.


How do I get my confirmation code?


A confirmation code is generated when your credit card is successfully processed.


I didn't receive a confirmation code. Did my order go through?


If you did not receive a confirmation code after completing all other steps of the transaction, please assume your order did not go through. Then contact Proms.TV at John Nova @Proms. TV...


I didn't receive a confirmation code. Why was my credit card charged?


Upon submission of an order, Proms.TV verifies that the funds against which the tickets are being purchased are indeed available. At that time, a temporary hold is placed on the necessary funds. This hold can last from one to five days, depending on your bank. If the ticket order is not completed, the funds will be released.


What is Proms.TV's refund policy?

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON TICKET SALES. Notwithstanding, in the event an event is cancelled, the ticket purchaser will automatically receive a refund not to exceed the face value of the ticket. In the event an event is rescheduled, the ticket purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket if, within five (5) days of the event’s originally scheduled date, the ticket purchaser forwards the original e-mail receipt to john nova@ gmail.com and requests a refund.
Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed.



Can I exchange my tickets for a different date or time?

Proms.TV policy does not allow for exchanges.


If an event for which I purchased tickets is cancelled, how do I get a refund?

If the event is cancelled, your credit card will be automatically refunded for the entire purchase. Sorry, we can not refund monies for shipping costs.


Refund and Exchange Policy

Once you have purchased Tickets, there are no refunds or exchanges for any reason including and not limited to: that you the ticket holder, ticket purchaser had a bad time, didn’t like the event, their were not enough people at the event, the act or artist was not “good” to your satisfaction, their was a death in the family, the event was not long enough or any other type of excuse or argument that anyone can possibly create. Ticket holder clearly understands that if you are under the influence of alcohol or any form of controlled substances, or carrying weapons or a device to be used as a form of weapon that the venue/promoter reserves the right to reject you from entering the facility and you the ticket holder, ticket purchaser will not receive any refund or exchange.


Force Majeure


Proms.Tv shall not be liable to the Event Organizer for any delays, preemptions or other failure to perform when such delays, preemptions or failures are due to any cause beyond the control of Proms.Tv including, without limitation, an act of God, fire, war, strike, riot, labor dispute, national disaster, technical failure (including the failure of all or part of the equipment of others), or any other reason beyond the control of Proms.Tv during the period of such occurrence, including any legal prohibition, decree, regulation, or requirement of any governmental authority having jurisdiction. In the event of any such delay, preemption or failure, Proms.Tv shall promptly notify Event Organizer of the nature and anticipated length of continuance of such force majeure and during such period Proms.Tv shall be excused from performance.

You the Ticket holder & Ticket purchaser hereby hold Proms.TV harmless, its affiliates, partners, third party associates, its employees, promoter, the venue/facility or other related personnel for any wanted, unwanted circumstances, situations that occur prior to, at or after the event. Ticket holder assumes all the risk and responsibilities of attending the event occurring prior to, during and after the event including without limitation to thrown objects, acts or omissions of others including the act or participants. Ticket holder grants the facility and or the promoter the right to film, broadcast and reproduce the event without written or oral consent from the ticket holder, ticket purchaser.

Tickets acquired from unauthorized sources may be fake, stolen, lost and are void. Resale of tickets at a price greater than the face value is absolutely prohibited.

If for Any reason, Proms.TV. and its partners/affiliates decide to move the event from one venue to another,  Proms.TV. does not need to notify Ticket Purchaser by mail or written confirmation.   Ticket Purchaser/ Holder will not receive any refund or discount on the original ticket price. Ticket purchaser agrees to hold Proms.TV and parent company NightclubVIP.net and its affiliates, Promoters, employees and third party members harmless.


Artist Cancellation

If for any reason,  Artist/Performer/DJ does not perform, Ticket Purchaser will not receive any refund or discount on the ticket price. Ticket Holder/ Ticket Purchaser undrestands that they are attending each event because it is an after-prom party. Ticket Holder/ purchaser acknowledges that any artist who performs at the event is there as a surprise guest. Ticket Holder/Purchaser understands that the artist may or may not perform on any given day. Proms.TV does not control unforseen problems with live performances and/or artist/performer/Dj cancellations. Ticket Purchaser agrees to hold  Proms.TV and/or NightclubVIP.net,  Its promoters, Affiliates, third Parties and Employees harmless.
